Ionic screen fell off

I bought my Ionic sometime around when it first came out. I haven't dropped it, run over it with a car, or crazy. Completely normal use. Last night when I went to put it on charge, I noticed something funny about my watch. There was a glow around the edge of the screen. When I looked closer, I noticed the screen is falling off! I have done a little research and it seems like this is "normal" for the Ionic (even with normal use). To top it off, I was winning a very competitive Workweek Hustle that I'm now out of the race for. Where should I go from here? I'd like to have my old working Ionic back but if this is going to come up again in the future I'm not so sure.
