Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, I didn't quite understand your issue, can you please elaborate a little bit more? Are the buttons of your Ionic not working as they should or is your device not tracking your steps, heart rate and calories? When was the first time you experienced this situation? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
