Ionic not tracking steps or heart rate

My ionic is not tracking my steps or heart rate anymore, I made sure I’m up to date on firmware, I also shut it off and turned it back on, I let the battery drain and then charged it  to 100%, and even reset it to factory settings, but it’s not working.
