Ionic not tracking steps or heart rate

Fitbit not working, i’m in the UK I have found it very difficult to find any support at all at 10:30 in the morning I had to go via Twitter and Facebook which I didn’t find acceptable at all! 
My Fitbit seems to have stopped working it is not registering any steps or my heart rate I have tried restarting it but nothing can anybody else please advise

Do you not have phone or web chat options on the contacts page at https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US&co=GB ?

 

They are recommending web chat over phone at the moment but if you'd prefer to call the UK number is 0800 069 8505
