Hi, my Fitbit Ionic just yday stopped tracking my steps (remaining on zero) and won't wake when I move my arm (it is set to wake with motion).  It is linked to an IPhone and everything has been updated to be current (firmware for Fitbit and OS for IPhone).  I have restarted several times (soft reset using the buttons) and have done a hard reset (factory reset and re-paired to the phone) with no luck. What's my next step?

Ok, now I'm upset.  I've factory reset this thing three times to try and get it to track steps and my heart rate and nothing.  I paid $250 for something that's going to be useless in a year and change.  So even though I'd like to remain loyal to Fitbit I will have to consider my options, maybe an Apple Watch or maybe a Garmin watch.  This watch should be good for 3-4 years at a minimum.
