Ionic not turning on

I updated by FitBit's Ionic Firmware to Version 70.7.27 this evening.  The firmware updated as it has it the past, but when my watch face came up, there was no text displayed.  I tried changing the watch face, and then doing a hard reset, but there still wasn't any text.  I went ahead and deleted by Ionic from my FitBit App on my iPhone, and deleted it from my Bluetooth devices, and then hard reset the Ionic again.  Now my Ionic will not turn on.  My Ionic had over 50% charge when it updated.

Any ideas on what I can do?  I submitted a ticket, but the email that came back with the case number says I will have to wait about seven days to hear back.
