Everybody that has this issue after the update call fitbit. They need to hear about it to fix it.

I, too, have this problem. After some discussion with the tech he basically told me to buy a new one. Offered me a 20 percent discount on certain products. The discount is off the full price of a new Ionic, $249, instead of their sale price of $179, so the discount is higher than their sale price. That's not offering me anything.

After speaking with reps from fitbit they will give a option to pay more then the listed price. Have fun. I recommend not using fitbit. Their customer service is bad.
