Plugged my ionic in and it would not charge. Tried multiple reset options shown and done and none worked. My unit is completely dead and have not been able to get any feed back for it. Any ideas?

Hi there,
My fitbit seems to have the same problem. I have tried charging it with new charger in different power stations, and also tried to reset the battery many times holding, left an right bottom button, and all of the three, but my fitbit is still unresponsive.
The screen is totally black, no other signs of life.
I have just completed 2 years of owning it.
Please help.

Hi,
Unfortunately this affects my ionic as well.. It stopped syncing, I did a factory reset, my Ionic turned off, but never turned on.. after the multiple options mentioned on the fitbit website still not working..
Please help.
