Ionic not turning on

I saw there was an update for the ionic. I procedures to let the ionic update (it was on 49% battery when it started. After approximately 45 min the stays of the update across the screen stopped moving and didn’t move for a good 15 minutes. So I went and out it on charge and left it for longer. Another 30 min had passed and it was still lit up but not moved.
I decided to do a button hold reset. Which reset it but only to a constant logo screen. I read forums which said leave it on charge for a good hour so I went out to the gym and left it plugged in. I came back and the screen was still lit on the logo. I tried another reset and now it’s just a constant black (off) screen. No matter what I press or do it’s not changing
HELP 😊

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
