My Ionic fitbit is less than 2 years old. The battery went to 0% and now I can't get it to charge at all. Today is day 5 that I have been trying to get it to work. I have tried charging at multiple locations....I have tried pressing the buttons in multiple combinations....I have tried charging and pressing buttons at the same time combinations. I have tried everything I could think of. I think it crazy that this much thought has gone into trying to get something to work just because the battery got to zero. Its very frustrating 😑 My watch is less than 2 years old.

Hi @CrystalLT, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.
