My ionic is dead after spending nearly $300.00 for just over year of use. I tried all the trouble shooting then contacted customer "service." No help from them. They only offer a discount on another expensive watch that will most likely have me angry in another year. I am done with Fitbit. I am now looking fro a less expensive watch with good customer service.
