This has probably answered previously but my ionic data is stuck on yesterday's data. Time and date are correct, data is from when it stopped yesterday.
I have tried pressing the two buttons (left hand and bottom right) to reset it three times, I have tried to go into settings, about, power off and done that twice. I have tried to change my watch face. Nothing is working. Does it mean it's finally decided to die on me?
Best AnswerI am also having the same issue. I have reset using the two side buttons and syncing in app. To know luck with updating. I contacted customer service yesterday as my screen kept going black for a few minutes and then blinked in and out of wake mode. Please advise.
Best AnswerI contacted customer service and they replied the same day. They could see that my data started to update but it carried over from the day before. I was told it would reset itself at midnight as there had been a glitch in the system. So my data was out of whack but they were correct and it did reset at midnight and is back to normal now.
