About a week ago my Fitbit stopped vibrating but other wise working fine. I attempted the trouble shooting steps. I restarted the Fitbit and all the other usual steps. Now my Fitbit won’t sync at all. I repeated troubleshooting steps. Still not working. I contacted Fitbit support and we repeated the trouble shooting steps together. Still not working. I was told that since I had already had my device replaced for a similar problem I was not eligible for a replacement. This is really upsetting I have been with Fitbit since 2016 and have stayed loyal even with several tech problems mainly because they always replaced the defective product. I even have a Fitbit for my kid on my account. But now after all these years and I’ve upgraded to there most expensive device they do nothing. I have only had my replacement a few months. It’s not like I damaged the device. There is obviously a issue with the Bluetooth software. I feel like a chump for staying loyal even with all the tech issues I have dealt with over the years. I may try one of those computer/ phone repair places. Or the Apple store to get an Apple Watch. I’m open to any ideas.

Hi there @SufferingJesus.
I'm very sorry for the experience and thank you very much for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you tried. Please note that any feedback posted in the forums is always welcome as it helps to improve our products, services and overall environment.
I was able to see that you reached out to our Support Team before and they exhausted all troubleshooting steps, for this reason, they decided to review the warranty, since your device was not eligible for replacement, for that reason they were not able to provide another one. Please note that we don't have a repair center. That said, I recommend you to contact them back if you require further assistance or if you have any additional questions about the outcome of your case.
See you around.
