A few weeks ago I noticed by Ionic stopped vibrating when I got texts. I didn't change any setting and the vibration feature(?) isn't broken because it still vibrates for alarms and also calls. The texts will also be visible on the little pull-down notification center, but it's bugging me that it won't vibrate when I get a message. For this incident, I've reset it multiple times, synced, turned notifications on and off, changed vibration settings, etc., but it still won't work. Now the watch is saying the wrong date--all the other information is correct and up to date, and on the app and my dashboard online, it's the right date and right information, but just the date on the watch is wrong. I've reset my time zone, reset the watch, changed settings, etc. I would like to get my watch to start working because I've barely had it a year so it shouldn't be having this many problems.

@emilykoch Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to confirm your notifications are set to "On" in the power tray. If they are, please confirm you have all the settings properly set, check this article.
Regarding your Ionic not showing the correct date, please confirm it's syncing to your account. If it's not syncing, please try this troubleshooting.
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I have this exact same issue with my ionic. I have a Samsung Galacy S8 that it syncs with. Before my ionic used to vibrate for texts and other notifications. I forgot which firmware it updated to when I stopped receiving vibrations for texts. My notifications are set to ON

Thanks for letting me know that you're using a Fitbit Ionic with Samsung Galaxy S8. I would like you to confirm that your watch is still vibrating for other things such as alarms, reaching goals etc. You can test these features by checking this article.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
