I had my Ionic replaced about a year ago. And since I have had it I have not received a vibration during text. I get them during a call but not text. I need the text function for where I work.

To resolve this uncommon situation, please restart your Ionic and then re-setup the notifications feature of your device following the steps that are specified on: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

Best AnswerI just chatted with a member of the customer service and they told me that it's a commun issu for the Ionic user and they are working on it. It's a software issu so it should get fix on the next software update. There's nothing you can do until then.
I just posted again. The notifications I am learning to deal with. The logo blinking several times a day I am not.
