I have had my Ionic for a few years now and after the first year I noticed that the Vibration stopped working when I got a text message. I have tried everything listed in the forums to try to fix it with no luck. Anyone else have this issue and able to fix it?
Thanks.

Hi @rmsoccer, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Ionic is not vibrating at all (meaning that it's not vibrating even with a silent alarm) or just with the text notifications you receive? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and make sure that the Do Not Disturb mode of your Ionic was not activated by mistake by going to the Quick Settings menu.
Looking forward to your reply.
