Ionic not vibrating

It's stopped vibrating and this makes it practically useless I have tried for hours reseting it uninstalling and reinstalling the app and then waiting for ages for it to update and sync what a piece of crap 300dollars it was one of the most useful devices and now useless so frustrating I want to stomp on it. Why would the vibration just stop?  It was fine yesterday and now it doesn't vibrate I've tried both of the vibrate settings and nothing. The notifications show up on the screen but no vibration

There is a little motor that makes it vibrate. If that malfunctions there is no vibration. You will need to contact Support (link in my signature).

There is a little motor that makes it vibrate. If that malfunctions there is no vibration. You will need to contact Support (link in my signature).
