I used to love this watch but the customer service and the details of water resistance didn’t live up to it’s standards. I was given a 35% discount when I didn’t even go under 5 feet of water of water for a very short time just to cool off. I am switching to an Apple Watch. Very disappointed with this product and with this company. i would not recommend it if you get anywhere near water.

Yes, they did but the specifications on the watch when it comes to water
are totally false and this should go outside of warranty at this point
after reading all of the same issues people are having with the same watch.

I am never recommending Fitbit to anyone that I know ever again due to
their companies false claims and negligence.

This is nothing personal it's just a company issue.

Fitbit could have made this right but they didn't. They just tried to
upsell me into buying another watch that would probably break just as fast.
I guess that is Fitbit's companies prerogative at this point. Good luck
with Fitbit and I hope that they treat their employees better than they
treat their customers for your sake.

Best Regards,
Ron Thorman
