Ionic not working after factory reset

My Fitbit is unable to start after factory reset from settings-> about -> factory reset option.

 

Not sure why it is not start. It was 100% charged before that. Now it is not showing any thing on screen not even charging screen

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

@RicardoFitbit for reply, I tried with mentioned steps. I did troubleshoot with fitbit chat agent. And my ionic was 100% charged before factory reset. And now also i tried for 4-5 hour charging, but nothing get displayed on scree, not charging or not even fitbit icon. Screen is completely off and  device is competently unresponsive. heart rate sensors are also not flashing.

 

It is in switch off mode and not get start. It is just 3-4 month old product 😞
