My Ionic has been acting strange lately, battery running down quickly, screen blacking out and dimming, green lights on back of watch are very bright, and watch will at times vibrate rigorously for minutes at a time. This is the second Ionic, first one died after 15 months and I've had this one for about 18 months and it's been acting up but usable for the past 9 months. I'm very frustrated, with the cost of this watch it should last longer and perform better on a consistent basis.

Now my Ionic is a dark blue screen. I tried a factory reset which was in process but I needed to enter a code from the watch and I can't see anything with the screen blank/dark blue. I can see the screen is on when I turn out the lights but there is nothing displaying. For now this watch is now unusable. Any options to get this thing working?
