I've had my Ionic for a little over a year and quite frankly, it should last much longer than that for the price that it was when it was purchased.
I'm fairly certain I'm outside of the warranty window, but it's honestly ridiculous that this thing would fall apart so quickly. For the same price, I could get an Apple Watch Series 3, and quite frankly, that's what I'm considering doing.

A warm welcome to the Community @n1kester. Thank you for the time you took to share your experience with Ionic and the issues you're having.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried. Based in what you've mentioned, it seems that you've tried specific procedures for each issue that you're having. I would like to create a case on your behalf with our Support team, they can continue assisting you and providing options which are based in the Fitbit Warranty.
Let me know if you would like me to create a case for you.

Hey Silvia,
I'd be fine with starting a case with the support team, but it's my understanding from reading the Fitbit Warranty that my Fitbit isn't supported. I've had it for slightly over a year.
