Ionic receiving alerts at night

I am having trouble stopping alerts for me to exercise at the end of the night.  I have tried turning off the alerts button but i still seem to get buzzing on my phone when i am trying to go to sleep.  I have turned off the sleep part too.  I know i am probably missing something simple, but i am ready to throw my fitbit in the bin as it keeps going off!

Welcome to the Community @Sarahm64. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic. I appreciate the troubleshooting performed.

I would like you to make sure you've set the correct hours and days about reminders to move. You can learn more about it by checking this article: What is a Fitbit reminder to move? Can you let me know if that's the reminder you're getting at night?

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

HI,
I am still having issues. I have tried to do what you suggest but i still
get alerts at 10 pm at night. I have set the active time from 9am til 6pm
and when i am up my watch starts to go crazy about 9.30 pm til nearly
11pm. I cant work out how to stop it. it is very frustrating.
Cheers
Sarah

Thank you for getting back @Sarahm64. Sorry for the delayed reply.

It's pretty weird that you're still receiving notifications at 10pm. I have created a case on your behalf with our Support team, they will continue assisting you and providing you with options.
