I love my Ionic. Having had it 13 months with no issue. Unfortunately it died today mid exercise even though it's charge was plus 30%.
Brought it home and placed on charge, about 5 mins removed it from charge as it had become very hot. Still no display visible and daren't plug it in case it is dangerous?
Any suggestions or customer support would be warmly received.
Thank you
