Ionic not working

Ionic does not sync, start up , I have a red triangle :red_triangle_pointed_up: with exclamation point on watch face.... need help please

Hi @S-T thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm happy to give you a hand with your Ionic concern. It's nice to see you again participating in our Community Forums!

 

Seems odd that your device is not working the way we designed, the triangle with an exclamation mark is certainly not a common situation. That said, can you please send me a picture of this? Also, I recommend you to try our restart process with the following steps:

 

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
