My Fitbit ionic stopped working. It died so I charged it now it wont turn on at all. I've tried all the factory resets and nothing. I have left it on the charger for more than 2 hours and still nothing. Any one having any similar problems, if so did you fix it.

Same happened with my ionic. It doesn't start after going dead. I have tried charging it for 2 hours and then a hard restart by pressing back button and right bottom button. Please help.

Hello I feel your frustration. It's an expensive watch and here we are battling the thing so it can work again. Well the only thing I can say if you have tried the right button and left bottom button and it wont reset try the top one on left as well. I've tried it all, if you are lucky enough and still have the watch under warranty Fitbit will replace it. That is if it hasn't been over a year since you purchased the watch. All they can do for me is give me a 25% discount code towards another watch. Which I think is unfair since the darn thing was expensive. I've learned my lesson on that. The only thing I can say is call them and ask about your warranty. Best of luck.

Thank you and yes I have contacted them. But since my warranty is over about half a year the only thing they can do is give me a discount code of 25 % off. Next time I guess I'll go with another type or diffente watch since many ppl have same issues with their ionic as I .
