Got a New Ionic for my B’day on Tuesday (21-04) and followed all instructions. Battery life lasted less than a day. Today (Thursday 23-04) ionic will not charge, turn on, or do anything. Very disappointed since my GF spent over £250 on it less than 2 days ago. Going back for a refund!.

Sorry @Dimon-2020  that number did work two months ago. Could be support is limited, as the banner at the top of the page stated.
