Ionic not working

The screen is not responding to my swipe.  When I press the screen it starts moving by itself and going crazy.  I can’t control it.  I have tried the reboot but

no luck.  The heart rate and vibrate have also stopped working.  I think I can see some condensation on the patch on the back.  Is there any hope or what do I need to do to get this repaired replaced?

A warm welcome to the Community @Loulendrum! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned. I also appreciate the reboot that you performed. Currently, we don't have any repaired center where you can take your Ionic to. However, I've shared your post with our Support team, they will continue assisting you on this matter.
