Any help would be appreciated as I have bought a One, Flex, Blaze, Aria and now an Ionic since 2014 and everyone of them has been disappointing due to battery life, syncing issues, loss of data and inaccurate representation of activity, weight and sleep on app.
The Ionic doesn’t connect to my iPad and iPhone every time, it routinely doesn’t record steps, sleep or heart rate on app and I keep having to remove it from the app and reinstall it in order for it to work at all and record stats to app.
Any advice and information would be appreciated. Thanks.

@Pissedoff1milli It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I appreciate that you mentioned you've been a Fitbit customer since you bought the Fitbit One. I would like you to try the following:
- Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
- How accurate are Fitbit devices?
- Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
After this, please try testing it out and let me know if your Ionic tracks your steps, heart rate and sync normally to your iPhone and iPad. Which mobile devices are you using?
Keep me posted.
