Ionic notification issue app

Notification tabb on android app asks me to turn on notification services i did so and it is still asking for me to turn notification services on and I am therefore not receiveing any notifications on my Fitbit ionic have reinstalled the fit bit app many times but is still not working

Did you go into settings(the gear icon) -> apps -> FitBit -> permissions (make sure all are on)

 

Also, make sure you have your phone's Do-Not-Disturb switched OFF
