Ionic notification screen keeps poping up and vibrating randomly

At random times the notification screen that has Screen Wake and Notifications options will pop up and the watch will vibrate. I close the screen and it will continue to pop up and vibrate a few more times. Then finally it will stop but then happen again. It have reset the Ionic and did another setup but it continues to happen randomly. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That screen is manually brought up by pressing and holding the left button for about 3-4 seconds. It almost sounds like you have a hardware or contact issue. Have you tried pressing and holding the button to bring the screen up? If it continues to happen you should contact the help desk about this. The help website is:

How old is your unit? hopefully it is still in warranty.

I tried pressing and holding the button and it's didn't bring the screen up. Though a little bit later the screen began popping up on it own and vibrating. I've only had it for a little less then a month.

I suggest contacting Fitbit Support. You can try Chat (if available, they close it when it gets full) or calling or email. Note that they will ask you to go through all the same things again - restarting, likely a factory reset, etc. which would be a standard script when going through issues.
