Ionic notifications

Hi, hoping someone can help. I’m trying to get WhatsApp notifications through to my ionic but am having no luck. I also can’t understand why some of my phone apps are on the Fitbit notification list and some (most) aren’t? Attached a photo

I don't think what's app is compatible...it's like a phone/video app, right?

It’s a messaging app, but when I first got the ionic it was able to be paired. Maybe they have removed it?

What's app is compatible. You must first get at least one what's app message on your phone. Afterwards it will be visible in the settings and then you can enable it.

That’s the thing - I get WhatsApp notifications everyday?

I can also confirm that WhatsApp shows up in my list after I got a notification from it.

I'd probably do the usual stuff like closing the fitbit app, rebooting the phone, starting the fitbit app again, then tell someone to send a message on WhatsApp to trigger the notification.
