Ionic notifications

From samsung s7 . Call, text and e-mail notifications stopped 7 days ago. All notifications are on, Any suggestions please.

Hi, @Bryan443, I would recommend restarting your Ionic and restarting your phone.  Go to your Fitbit app and in the notifications section click on the three dots top right hand side and choose "send a test call notification".  You might need to try this two or three times more, but that usually resets notifications.

 

If not, toggle Bluetooth off on your phone, go to the Fitbit app notifications section and hopefully you will get a message asking you if you want to restart Bluetooth.  Say yes, then try the send a test call routine again.

Many thanks. Simple turn off and restart resolved the situation.Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
