Hello,
I need an adivce how to reboot the Fitbit Ionic... I've had this issue where the Ionic doesn't operate properly.
The Fitbit Logo is just showing on the screen and it doesn't go any further...
Is there is a way to reboot and have it work like before?
I've tried through my phone or tried to restart, but no bueno...
I bought this 2 months ago, brand new, and do not want to replace it.
Any help is appreciated!

Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
