 I woke this morning jbg at 6am and before getting out of bed after sleeping all light I had achieved my daily goal of 11000 by breakfast I had achieved 13000 and half an hour of that it was charging!🤣 So today I have managed awards for the most steps in my daily by 2.30 pm I had achieved 37000 steps sitting at my desk and Fitbit can not under why I am seriously hacked off! This is not funny I did not pay £269 for Christmas cracker toy. I have lost all my music and when I rang I was out on a mute button by one of the UK team who said I he did this so I could rant!😠 How dare they be so disrespectful when I have been with Fitbit and upgrade to the lastest devices only to end up being treated like a s idiot. Sort this Fitbit or I will be dragging your once fabulous name through every dirty puddle going. Angry is not the word I would choose right now. But this is a public site.

I'm having the same/similar issue.

 

Both my Ionic and the App are counting steps that aren't happening. I can be sitting on the sofa and my step count is rising whilst I'm stationary.

 

This issue coincided with rapid battery depletion too. 

 

Any tips on resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated.
