My watch was replaced due to a faulty battery and I now have a new ionic.
Previously my run was being synced to strava but since I now have a new watch it is not syncing any activity to strava which is really frustrating.
I have deleted strava and created a new account but nothing is working.

@HelenB67 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the situation you are experiencing with your new Ionic and runs not showing on the Strava app. I'm glad to read that your watch was replaced and that you are back on track with a new unit now.
In this case, as you have a new watch, I think you should link both the watch and the Strava app once again. Please follow the steps shown on the Strava section of this helpful article to get this done. This should certainly help you out with this.
