Since this latest update my Ionic has randomly disconnected from my phone, won’t sync and isn’t discoverable. I have tried call centre, forums, troubleshooting guides, literally everything that has been suggested with limited success only for the thing to disconnect a couple hours later. It is less than 6 months old and I certainly didn’t pay the money I did for a shiny brick on my wrist. I am not accepting a coupon for a discount to buy a new one either as I shouldn’t have to be buying a new one. What I want is an answer as to when this issue will be fixed as has been the case with many other users, it’s not us it’s the latest update.
