Good morning:
At midnight, my fitbit decided to go through fitbit start up screen loop. Yes I have tried the factory reset with holding down all buttons. It never vibrates. Just loops since last night. I deleted it from my account and now cannot add it back. Fitbit is exactly 1 year old.

Well, thank you @RicardoFitbit. I have spoken with customer service. I also discovered after speaking with them that the face of my watch has separated from the unit. I guess this is what has triggered the loop. I am extremely saddened that in exactly a year this has occurred to this watch, randomly, and I will have to start over, maybe.
