My Ionic repeatedly stops showing notifications.
I've reset and repaired my device on average every 3 or 4 days. At first notifications would work for that long. Then a few weeks ago it was a maximum of 2 days.
Now I can't get them to work at all.
If I can't get them working then it's going back under warranty. I was prepared to put up with some teething problems this early in its product life. Like the Pebble, which went on to get better with each firmware update.
But if it won't do notifications then that's a deal breaker.

It worked when I first purchased. I've tried countless times restarting Fitbit, rebooting phone etc... what's the problem with your software/ hardware?

My Ionic doesn't work with notifications for months. I've tried everything and it says I have to restart my phone to re-enable notifications. Obviously I've tried that 100s times

I have a similar problem with my Ionic. My phone calls will show up on the screen but text messages no longer show up. When a text message comes in the Fitbit screen will light up with the clock face and vibrate but I can no longer view the message. I have tried all the shut down fixes and I even uninstalled the watch completely and re installed it and nothing works.

I can no longer get notifications either. I have gone through all of the steps to try and fix this. I've had disappearing notifications in the past, but could always get it working with those infamous steps.
