After resetting the watch just keeps showing the logo and won't return to its normal state. WHat should i do? i have attempted resetting multiple times.

Other than pressing all 3 buttons for 15-20secs about all you can do is let the battery drain down so the Ionic powers off and gets an electronic reset. Hopefully it will charge back up? Always a risk letting the battery drain to zero on these devices unfortunately.

But your choices are limited.
