Ionic restarting whilst running

My ionic for some reason switches itself off during a run, this has happened numerous times now, but I'm so annoyed that it done it today whilst running a kilomathon

Got the same problem. They want to reset the watch. They say it should work. But will let you know the result.

Had mine for 3 months now and this happened to me for the first time the other day. During a run I noticed the Fitbit logo on the watch, it had restarted mid run whilst using the running app with GPS. Really annoying, luckily I noticed it and was able to restart the app and continue, thankfully the tracker saved the data up until the crash, so I only had a small part of the run missing. There was no reason for this to happen. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.
