Ionic restarts automatically when syncing

My ionic always restart when syncing these few weeks ,and also sometimes restart when not  syncing,  5-10 times a day, 

 

I think it's system errors,  please help me  if possible, many thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @Greatcat. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

It's pretty weird that your Ionic is restarting. You may want to perform a factory reset and then continue checking if you get it working normally. Also, reply to the following questions: 

 

- Is it deleting the data when you're syncing?

- What do you see on the display when it restarts?

 thanks for your reply ,  I tried factory reset,  but after that,  still restart when syncing,    

 

And this is photo of restarting,    

 

I really don't know what is the reason
