My IONIC had a blank screen. I was asked by Fitbit support to return it and it would be replaced. Support sent me a DHL returns and I returned it using the label. This was 22/03. I have been on the chat with support and they have said they have not received it. I supplied the documentation showing it had been sent. They have now not replied to my emails. What else can I do. ?
