Fitbit Ionic quit working after 13 months last night. Screen started fading out, then nothing but lines came up. Tried to restart several times and now it will not turn on at all. 269.00 for 13 months of use is ridiculous.

I would like you to confirm that you've tried fully charging it and if it's still not working then confirm that you restarted it by following these steps.
