Despite power off mobile and power on - the notification still does not work.  How to fix it?  Incoming whatsapp does not reach the iconic. The only thing working is incoming phone

I'm not sure if you're referring to the Ionic's notifications, in case you're experiencing notifications' issues, please follow the troubleshooting mentioned in this article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

 

If you're still experiencing issues, please let me know the phone you're using and if you're receiving any other notifications other than phone calls.
