Went on a ride today and when i checked the screen was blank and non responsive so I assumed it was the battery, came home and been on charge for over an hour and still no response at all, has anyone else had this issue and provide a solution?
thanks in advance

@Latifs9 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know what you're experiencing with your Ionic.
I appreciate that you mentioned you put it on the charger but it didn't show anything. I would like you to try to perform a restart following the instructions on this article.
Let me know the outcome.

Hi Sylvia
i did panic a little hence the message
read through the messages and tried resetting via the left and bottom right button a few times and it eventually turned on after the 5th or 6th attempt
i will ensure that the battery doesnt fall below 10%
Appreciate the troubleshooting guides on this thread

I have tried everything you have suggested, nothing. I still have a black screen what do you suggest now? I have a fully charged fitbit. Very frustrating to be out on a run and look down for it to be black.

Hi mate
sorry for late reply, I can fully appreciate your frustration...
i left it on charge although nothing showed up on the screen, i then proceeded to hold the left button and bottom right button together for spells of 10-15 seconds
nothing happened 1st few times but kept on trying and on the 5th or 6th attempt the fitbit logo came on showing it on v low battery..
i hope this works for you mate

Had this same problem around 4pm while on a walk yesterday. Still no response from mine after being on the charger.
