Hi- I have a similar issue. I put the watch on charge- showed 100% after 2 hours - 0% - something like this never happened. Put it on charge upto 100% again snd then it died and now the screen would not turn on despite connecting on charge. I am so freaking lost. Don’t even feel like working out without it. What’s the solution ?????? connecting to charge but nothing happens. Tried pressing all 3 button together for 15 seconds- Nothing - HELPPPPPPPP

My Ionic was working fine until i updated the firmware. It turned off and refused to come back on. No fix works I think due to the fact that the whole download didn't complete or it came in corrupt. So now I have a non warranted Ionic that's broken more due to you guys than to anything I've done.

As consolation, Fitbit have offered me a 35% discount should I want to buy another, doesn't really do it though. It would mean finding around £200 for the one that doesn't get negative reviews. I'm currently shopping around and unlike when I bought my Ionic there are now plenty of smartwatches to choose from with great specs and excellent reviews and for less money. I let you know what I find.

See you around.
