Ionic screen bouncing around

Good morning,  my Ionic started having fits when you touch the screen.  When I  slide sideways to go to the apps screen goes half way, bounces back.  I slide again and it goes three screens sideways and then bounces back.  It does the same thing when sliding up to see my stats or down when looking at notifications, it flips around and then goes dark.  Other times, the screen does not respond at all.  It is very difficult to get to settings and then make any changes once there.  It's like trying to hit a moving target.  

I have updated... completed a number of factory resets... when I can get to that point.

Not sure what else to do.  I have had my Ionic since Christmas of 2018.

Have you made sure that the screen is clean, mane try a little isopropyl alcohol.

The screen is clean and unobstructed. Any other suggestions?
