Ionic screen display half darker

Hi

I've noticed in the wash week that the right hand half of my ionic screen is about 50% darker than the left side.

 

I've restarted and also changed brightness settings.  No change.

 

I have not damaged the device or marked the screen.

 

It is about 9 or 10 months old.

 

What action can I take?

@StenRoxs, if you have already restarted your tracker, you probably need to contact Fitbit Support so that they can help resolve this issue.

Hi

They replaced the unit for me after emailing it chatting to the help desk.
Was well within the warranty period.

Hi

 

I chatted with the help desk and after sending photos showing the issue and no damage it was replaced.  Was also easily within warranty period and I could show the proof of purchase from memory.  Good luck.
