I have a Pixel 3 with the newly updated Android 10.0 OS.  I do not receive alerts on my ionic for any of my notifications.  When i swipe down, they are all there.  I have gone through multiple postings and tried resetting the phone/watch, re-adding the watch through the app, turned off bluetooth notifications/back on and restarting, none have seemed to work.  


On the windows app, it shows as "looking for tracker" and will not sync either.

 

Manually running sync on the phone also does not sync.

As an update I have performed a factory reset. Still no change. No syncs and now it won't even connect enough to change the clock face.
