Hi, I put my ionic on charge this morning as it was on 13%, after an hour went to put it on and found the screen was stuck on the Fitbit logo. I’ve tried to reboot etc, no success, also not linking into my phone.
anyone else having any issues? May have to wait for the battery to die and hope for a reset?
Any ideas please? Really weird not having it on....may have to dig out the old surge!

This is a common behavior that many different users are facing with their ionic (like us), as can be verified through the different number of posts in this forum. So, in short, our ionic is dead and Fitbit will do nothing to solve the problem.
The best answer that you will receive is "it is out of warranty" and hence Fitbit will not cover anything
